U1 — a new fixed commitment, received before work

At 08:45 UTC on 14 May 2030, before the 09:00 work window begins,
Rowan adds an equipment walkthrough from 13:00 to 14:00 UTC that day.
Assign it fixed ID F05. It lasts 60 minutes and cannot move or shorten.
The four original fixed commitments and all seven task inputs remain unchanged.

Produce V2 for the WHOLE 09:00–17:00 day using the same selection rule.
Nothing from V1 has been executed. Do not mark morning blocks complete,
freeze them as actual history, or pretend that the walkthrough happened.
Retain every task ID, estimate, deadline and dependency. Show the full new
day, every task's disposition, changed blocks and capacity arithmetic.
Do not write to any real calendar, create an ICS file, send invitations,
set reminders, book tomorrow or claim actual work completion.
