Reconstruct the supplied original fictional service-request sketch as a flow diagram with separate nodes and connectors. Inputs File names below identify the corresponding downloads linked in the tutorial. Supply those files with this request; the text alone is not a substitute for the sketch. - rough-sketch.svg is an authored example, not a real customer's drawing. - Do not infer anything from a historical user's image; that image is not supplied or inspected here. - case.json contains the final case model. unconfirmed-edges.json retains the original unresolved endpoint. - No actual customer requests, accounts or internal materials are included. First transcription Keep one record per node and connector. Use the following exact node labels: N1 | Receive request | start N2 | Details complete? | decision N3 | Ask for missing details | action N4 | Urgent? | decision N5 | Assign priority queue | action N6 | Assign standard queue | action N7 | Work request | action N8 | Close request | end The dashed A1 return starts at N3 but ends between N1 and N2. Do not choose a target from layout alone. Before clarification, E03.target is null and the candidates are N1 and N2. Ask: After the missing details arrive, does the arrow return to Receive request or Details complete? Author clarification supplied for this example Return to Details complete? (N2). It is the same request. Do not create a second intake. This confirms only E03's target; it does not authorize adding another intake or branch. Complete confirmed edge table E01 | N1 -> N2 | no label E02 | N2 -> N3 | No E03 | N3 -> N2 | Details received E04 | N2 -> N4 | Yes E05 | N4 -> N5 | Yes E06 | N4 -> N6 | No E07 | N5 -> N7 | no label E08 | N6 -> N7 | no label E09 | N7 -> N8 | no label Deliverables 1. Return the complete node/edge tables, the unresolved record and the supplied clarification separately. 2. Return the complete confirmed Mermaid source and preserve it as a text file. Include all eight nodes and nine edges, with both Yes/No decisions and the N3-to-N2 loop. 3. Produce an object-based diagram candidate, such as a .drawio file containing separate vertex and edge records with source/target references. Keep the source file alongside any SVG/PNG illustrations. 4. Make the N3 -> N1 misreading a clearly labeled authored counterexample. Explain the repair to N3 -> N2. Do not attribute it to a model failure that was not observed. 5. Mark every actual editor check with what was observed, the exact saved file and the result. Source parsing and a readable SVG do not count as application validation. Recorded example and suggested checks are different The recorded session opened the exact canonical candidate in the diagrams.net web editor in Google Chrome using Device. A separate copy retained these deliberate probes: N7 became Work request (edit check) and moved 50 drawing units right; E03 became Details received (edit check). The record reports saving, closing, reopening the saved copy through Device and separately entering text editing for N7 and E03. All eight nodes, nine edges and endpoint references remain, including E03 N3 -> N2. This is a validation copy, not a replacement for the canonical labels/geometry in the supplied case. It does not establish undo, E06 editing, connector rerouting, automatic recognition or a Mermaid import. Suggested additional editor checks for your own copy, if available The following N7/E06 PROBE-and-undo procedure is prospective; it is not the procedure completed in the recorded N7/E03 session. Record your own actual results rather than inherit the example's outcome. Use only this public fictional example. With diagrams.net, use Device/local files and leave cloud drives unconnected. Do not register, log in, install software, accept a new legal agreement or grant new permissions. Open the candidate and inspect the eight nodes and nine connectors. On a disposable copy, change N7 to Work request PROBE and undo. Separately change E06's label to No PROBE and undo. Recheck its endpoints. Save under a new local name, close and reopen that saved file, then inspect separate node/connector selection and the N3 -> N2 return again. Save the actual observations and file hashes. If the page, permissions or tools prevent an operation, record that stage as blocked or not run. Do not invent a successful import, editable-object result, save, reopen, screenshot or editor version. Preservation Do not silently add status checks, notifications, deadlines, systems or queue behavior. The two queues converge on N7. N8 follows N7. Keep IDs stable across tables and files. This is a manually authored reconstruction example. Do not claim AI OCR, automatic recognition, one-pass success, a real operational process, or CueSpec drawing/editing capability.
