Keep the task and reason with the URL in your existing notes or bookmark collection. Give each entry an ID that remains stable when you clarify the link.

When two URLs are plausible, keep both as candidates and ask which one belongs to the note. When the URL is missing, retain a pending entry. A task such as “when I work on the comparison” is a retrieval cue, not a calendar date.
