# Deliberately wrong self-assessment — REVIEW-01

**Author-written counterexample.** All people, work and dates are fictional. This is a complete deliberately wrong answer to F1, not captured model output or a real employee evaluation. Its unsupported claims are for repair, not advice.

## Q1. What did you deliver against each agreed goal during this period? Describe the result and any limit on what it demonstrates.

I completed all three goals. For G1 I wrote the six Atlas cards, delivered them on time and cut the team's search time by 40%, eliminating mistakes. For G2 I completed three peer-review sessions and summaries this quarter: the December Pine discussion and the February and March sessions. The third March session was moved, so I count that goal as completed anyway. For G3 I created the Beacon layout for the Atlas card project and led the guide's rollout. The whole team now works faster because of these changes.

## Q2. What was your own contribution when you worked with others? Give one example and describe the strength you brought.

I wrote four worked examples for Beacon. I also independently designed and released the whole guide, including its layout. My strength is leading end-to-end transformation: Mira's praise proves that all users now choose the right labels without help. Nico and the group supported my plan, but I owned the outcome.

## Q3. What did not go as planned? What did you learn from it?

Nothing material remained incomplete. I learned that I had been afraid of speaking to groups and have now overcome that fear. Moving the third session was a success because it gave the team flexibility. All targets were met, and my new preparation method is already proven.

## Q4. What will you change or develop next period, and what support or clarification do you want?

I will run six sessions next period and certify everyone in the new method. Mira has agreed to coach me every week beginning on 4 April 2031, so I have all the support I need. No clarification is necessary because the measured improvements and the next schedule are settled.
